The villa has a separate kitchen fully equipped with: gas stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster and everything you need to cook your favorite dishes pleasant. Also on the ground floor there is the living room with sofa bed and porch overlooking the garden and three steps above there is the bathroom with toilet and sink.
On the first floor there is a very spacious double bedroom with terrace, a second smaller double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
In the basement there is a large space furnished with a sofa bed and a wardrobe.
The house has parking space for two cars inside the property and closed by a gate.
