In the splendid setting of Manerba del Garda, just above the port of Dusano stands Villa Flora. When you enter you find yourself in a large living room, from which you have a total lake view. The large French windows, the light colors of the finishes and furnishings and the orientation of the house further highlight the shades of blue and green that the sky and the lake offer to the guests of this residence. The living room is divided into a sitting area and a reading area, which leads to the dining area and the open kitchen, all with a lake view from almost every point. When entering the sleeping area, on the left side you will find the main bathroom and a wardrobe, the only rooms without a view, and a double bedroom with a small terrace. on the right side of the corridor we find a double bedroom and a master room with private bathroom and walk-in closet.
The south-east side of the house, the one facing the lake, is served in its entirety by a large terrace from which you dominate the lake and from which you can also enjoy the view of the swimming pool and the port behind it.
In the basement there is a loggia, at the end of the slide, where guests can park, from which you enter a large garage where you can comfortably park four cars. From the garage you can go up to the ground floor or access the laundry and technical rooms. Also in the basement, with access from the garage, there are two other rooms: a home spa with Turkish bath, shower and relaxation and a study or guest bedroom, also with a lake view.
The villa with modern and captivating exteriors is surrounded by a well-kept garden, with a gazebo and seats for relaxing and full of paths that lead down to the lake, up to small beaches inaccessible to others.
The pearl of this house is the swimming pool, with an infinity waterfall over the lake, long and narrow for swimming and enjoying the view.
The house has air conditioning throughout the accommodation, wi-fi, alarm and private garage.
