The villa comprises 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. You will find two double bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, perfect for welcoming your entire family or group of friends. A bathroom with shower on the main floor completes the structure.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. You will have everything you need to prepare your favourite meals.
The furnished terrace is the ideal place to spend summer evenings admiring the beauty of Lake Garda. The enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue offers you additional spaces to relax and have fun outdoors. An additional balcony will allow you to further enjoy the panoramic views.
As regards parking, the villa has a private garage for a small to medium-sized car, plus an additional uncovered parking space within the property.
The villa is equipped with WiFi connection to keep you always connected. One pet is allowed, perfect if you wish to bring your four-legged companion with you. Please note that the villa is not equipped with a heating system and that smoking is not permitted inside.

Andre vil måske synes, huset er for primitivt men personligt kunne vi godt lide at huset havde karakter og historie. Og igen - man lejer dette hus for udsigten og den er ubeskrivelig smuk fra stuen og terrassen. God kommunikation med udlejerne.
