Charming independent villa with private swimming pool, close to the centre of Manerba del Garda, 500 metres from the Lake. The lake can be reached on foot. The spacious and bright villa is spread over three floors, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a large window overlooking the pool, a sofa bed and a service bathroom. The sleeping area is located on the first floor and consists of a double bedroom with French windows and balcony, a double room, a single room and a complete bathroom with a large shower.
In the basement, there is a lounge with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The property is equipped with screens.

Brilliant property would have to think hard of anything to fault. Slept 5 comfortably could have accommodated another two in the three double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Party all adults. Very centrally placed for SW corner of the Lake, Sirmionesee more
Brilliant property would have to think hard of anything to fault. Slept 5 comfortably could have accommodated another two in the three double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Party all adults. Very centrally placed for SW corner of the Lake, Sirmione and Peschiera. 10 minute walk to Porto Torchio - best bar with spectacular view and friendly staff- and brilliant Mediterranean restaurant. Both as good as any around the Lake.

Die Mitarbeiter von Booking Garda Lake sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, gut erreichbar und haben viele gute Empfehlungen und Bewertungen. Der Check-in im Haus war sehr gut beschrieben und unkompliziert. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage und ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausgezeichnete Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wie Salò in der Nähe. Auf Wunsch wurde uns kostenlos ein Hochstuhl für unser Baby zur Verfügung gestellt. Für sechs Personen ist auf jeden Fall ausreichend Platz im Haus. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder einen Urlaub bei Booking Garda Lake buchen, auch in einer anderen Unterkunft.

Von der Unterkunft aus gelangt man innerhalb von 10-15 min Fußweg zum See, das war auch unser täglicher Morgen Spaziergang. Aber auch andere Spaziergänge wie z.B. zum Rocca die Manerba oder in die kleine Stadt sind super von der Unterkunft aus zu erreichen. In der Unterkunft selbst ist die kleine Küche im Außenbereich mit Grill ein Highlight, da sie sich perfekt für Frühstück aber auch Abendessen eignet. Auch der Pool hat eine gute Größe und wurde am 2 Tag nach unserer Ankunft fachmännisch gereinigt.

Prestigious villa on the Lake in Manerba del Garda with swimming pool, private beach and stunning lake view.
In the splendid setting of Manerba del Garda, just above the port of Dusano, Villa Flora rises. Entering, one finds a bright living room, from which a total lake view is enjoyed. The wide French windows, the light colours of the finishes and furnishings, and the orientation of the house further highlight the shades of blue and green that the sky and lake offer to the guests of this home. The living room is divided into a lounge area and a reading area, from which one accesses the dining area and the open-plan kitchen, all with a lake view from every point. Accessing the sleeping area, on the left side are the main bathroom and a wardrobe, the only rooms without a view, and a double bedroom with a small terrace; on the right side of the corridor, we find a double room and the master room with a private bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The property is equipped with screens.
The south-east side of the house is entirely served by a large terrace from which the lake is dominated and from which one can also enjoy the view of the pool and the rear port.
In the basement, there is a loggia where several cars can be comfortably parked.
The jewel of this house is the swimming pool, with an overflow cascading into the lake, long and narrow for swimming and enjoying the view.
The villa has a large garage where four cars can be parked. From the garage, one can go up to the ground floor or access the laundry and technical rooms.
