The villa has maintained its rural characteristics, it is suitable for those who love relaxation and nature, do not expect a modern house but a welcoming and rustic environment.

Every detail is designed to give you an unforgettable stay: three double bedrooms, two of which overlook the lake directly, offer comfort, privacy and a dream view.

Two bathrooms with shower, one of which on the basement floor with washing machine, guarantee all the space and comfort you need, even for extended stays.

The spacious and bright living area with typical Italian style welcomes your moments of relaxation, the large glass doors offer a continuous view of the garden and the lake.

The kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher and separated from the rest of the living area, is perfect for those who love cooking even on holiday.

The heart of the house is the large external portico: furnished, spacious, overlooking a garden with direct access to the beach. A magical place to enjoy breakfast in the morning, relax at sunset or dine under the stars, immersed in the natural beauty of the most prestigious area of Lake Garda.

Welcome to Villa Dolce Riva Lake Escape, your perfect oasis in Manerba del Garda! This charming villa is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends up to 6 people, offering comfort and convenience in an extraordinary location just a few steps from the lake.

The semi-detached villa features 2 welcoming bedrooms with 4 beds in total: one double bed and three single beds, perfect for families of different sizes and groups of friends. A bathroom with shower completes the internal structure, ensuring practicality and comfort for all guests. The living room is air-conditioned and features a double sofa bed.

The American kitchen is the heart of the villa, equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals: refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and complete with crockery and kitchen utensils. WiFi connection keeps you always connected, whilst you can relax in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Outside, the villa offers a wonderful space with a private enclosed garden, garden furniture and a parasol where you can enjoy the view of the garden and the fresh lake air. Private outdoor parking with 4 parking spaces is available directly at the property, perfect for your mobility needs.

The location is simply extraordinary: just 300 metres from the beautiful Romantic Beach and the lake, 3 km from the Lidl supermarket, 800 metres from the bus stop and 13 km from Desenzano del Garda railway station. You can easily reach the main attractions such as Gardaland, Caneva World and Movieland at 30 km, or the Sirmione Thermal Baths at 20 km. The cities of Brescia, Verona and Milan are reachable at 30, 45 and 80 km respectively, whilst the airports of Bergamo, Verona and Milan are easily accessible.

Four-legged friends are welcome: one pet is allowed to make your holiday even more special. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the villa to keep the environment fresh and pleasant.
