The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay.
The cottage boasts three bathrooms: one with a shower, one with a bath and shower, and a bathroom with only toilet facilities and a washing machine, offering comfort and privacy to all guests. Individual gas heating ensures a welcoming environment at all times.
Outside, you will be able to enjoy a garden that is not entirely private with outdoor furniture and a private terrace overlooking an enchanting view. The property is also equipped with an external private parking space.

Tolles Haus in einer sehr schönen Anlage. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Das Haus war sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Betreuung durch Angela war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Temperatur vom Pool Anfang August bei sehr heißen Außentemperaturen lag bei ca. 28° Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Klimaanlage und sogar im unteren Bereich mit mobilen Klimageräten (die aber nicht notwendig gewesen sind). Dachterrasse mit Sonnenschirm und Gardaseeblick. Tennisplatz. Ein Stellplatz vorm Haus vorhanden, weitere kostenlose Stellplätze in unmittelbarer Umgebung (ca.150m).
