The apartment free on three sides has two terraces and a barbecue fireplace in a residence with swimming pool, it is located just 400 meters from the lake and less than a kilometer from the enchanting city of Sirmione.
It has been completely renovated and consists of a bright and modern living area with fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed with anti-mite mattress, the spacious double bedroom overlooks the loggia set up as a relaxation area, bathroom with shower with window.
Included: washing machine, dryer, air conditioning and WiFi connection.
From the living area you can access the large terrace with barbecue fireplace and view of the swimming pools. Single garage in the basement accessible by lift.
We will be at your disposal 24 hours a day and happy to offer you the best excursions that the area offers: from the boat trip on the shores of Lake Garda to the tour of Venice and Verona in a GT bus with an English and German speaking guide, from the food and wine tour at the prestigious wineries of local wine and oil to the pre-sale of tickets for the amusement parks of Gardaland, Movieland, Zoo Safari, Parco Sigurtà and the largest water park Caneva World which are only a few kilometers from the structure and entrances to attend the exclusive Opera of the Arena of Verona.
If a damage deposit of €250 and tourist tax (for each guest) are not directly charged in the reservation, they will be requested upon arrival.
