It is a magical and peaceful place, where history and nature blend together creating a spontaneous synergy.
The first-floor apartment with balcony and lake-view terrace is part of a residence with a swimming pool, ideal for couples and families. It consists of a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower.
From the living room, you can access the large, fully equipped terrace with a dining area and sun loungers, where you can admire the rocky promontory of the Rocca di Manerba and the natural reserve of the Sasso. On the mezzanine floor, there is the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The property is equipped with screens. From the bedroom, you can access the solarium terrace with a lake view, from which you can admire the promontory, the bell tower of the Pieve Vecchia and the lush greenery of the woods with the characteristic olive groves in total privacy.
The main services are within walking distance.
If not directly charged in the booking, the tourist tax (per guest) and a security deposit of €250 will be required upon arrival.

Die Wohnung ist integriert in eine private sehr schöneWohnanlage mit Pool und super gepflegt. Wir hatten einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in einer abgeschlossenen Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung war gut aufgeteilt mit zwei Balkonen. Das Schlafzimmer liegt oben misee more
Die Wohnung ist integriert in eine private sehr schöneWohnanlage mit Pool und super gepflegt. Wir hatten einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in einer abgeschlossenen Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung war gut aufgeteilt mit zwei Balkonen. Das Schlafzimmer liegt oben mit extra Bad, aber nur über eine sehr kleine Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Sehr warm unterm Dach ohne Aircondition. Leider kein WLAN vor Ort. Aber Bad und Küche tip top und sehr gut ausgestattet. Abends kann man romantisch auf der kleinen Dachterrasse sitzen und sogar ein wenig vom See sehen. Es hat uns super gefallen!
